A balanced approach
You will need to work hard and across a number of different time zones because of the international nature of the work we do. Inevitably, you will need to work late sometimes in order to get the job done but this is easier in a good humoured and supportive working environment. If you are working late, you will at least be doing so as a proper part of a team, doing valuable and interesting work.

We understand the importance of people's lives outside work and no-one stays late for the sake of appearances. When the work is done, people are encouraged to go home.

“As an EAPD trainee, when there is work to be finished, make no mistake, we get the job done. But no-one wants to see you sitting at your desk late in the evening unless there’s a very good reason for it. The firm actively promotes a genuine balance between work and life outside.”
