Culture
We appreciate how tricky it is to understand or appreciate what a firm's culture is really like, but understand that it is an important consideration when you are trying to decide which firm is right for you. From our point of view, we think our firm is a very friendly place to work, full of down to earth people who really care about doing a professional job, developing themselves and the firm. Mutually respectful, collegiate and somewhere that really values every member of the team. But then we would say that…so we'll leave it up to two of our summer placement students, to explain how they found us!

"People at all levels of the firm were approachable, down-to-earth and helpful….The impression I had formed of the firm from my vacation scheme interview – friendly and unstuffy but very professional underneath it all – was only enhanced by my two weeks at the firm"

"Every firm says that they are friendly, but here it is actually true. Even though we were only in the office for two weeks, everyone knew who we were and why we were there. This made it easier to approach people and ask questions – which is, in fact, actively encouraged."
