Employment law issues can arise in any number of areas, from transactional work and outsourcing to disciplinary procedures and Employment Tribunal disputes. It is a fast-moving area with a complex structure of statutory provisions backed up by a body of constantly changing case-law.

The employment team advises on boardroom disputes, sex, race and disability discrimination claims, wrongful and unfair dismissal claims and High Court proceedings to obtain or oppose injunctions.
